Wir erwarten von unseren Gästen, dass das Haus in gutem und normal sauberen Zustand übergeben , und vernünftig gelüftet und geheitzt wird.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die Badezimmernutzung sind für jede Person vorhanden, sowie Strandhandtücher.
Wir geben einen Rabatt von 5% auf die gesamte Miete, bei Buchungen ab 14 Nächten.
Babybettchen und - stuhl stellen wir unseren kleinsten Gästen auf Anfrage ohne weitere Kosten zur Verfügung.

We expect from our guests, that they leave the house in good conditions and normal clean and to air and heat the house in a conscious way.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Linens and towels for the bath-room use are available for each person, as well as beach-towels.
For bookings from 14 nights or longer, we give a discount of 5% of the total rent.
A baby-bed and high-chair we have available on request without further costs.
